Assisted integration review
BookedOnCall + ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan can be reviewed for named customers with tenant-admin API participation, but it is not live in BookedOnCall today and requires access, workflow mapping, and provider-backed validation before it can become a supported integration.
Gate 1
Assisted review: gather tenant-admin owner, desired booking/callback workflow, Scheduling Pro status, and mapping requirements before any credential collection.
Gate 2
Required before support: ServiceTitan sandbox or tenant validation, provider-backed testing, and customer workflow approval.
Gate 3
Current status: not available in BookedOnCall today.
How to move it forward
Bring ServiceTitan into a guided review.
This is the assisted-review path for ServiceTitan shops. It collects the customer admin, workflow, and mapping context before any tenant secret, app key, or provider write path is discussed.
Confirm the access path
ServiceTitan needs tenant-admin participation, partner access, or a customer-private path before BookedOnCall can prove any integration behavior.
Map CSR rules first
The safest first workflow is CSR-reviewed booking intake or callback handoff. Job types, business units, campaigns, capacity, and emergency rules must be mapped before booking.
Prove before enabling
No ServiceTitan secrets are collected through the public form. Provider-backed testing and customer workflow approval are required before any tenant is enabled.
