Assisted integration review
BookedOnCall + Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro can be reviewed for an assisted pilot when an eligible shop can provide owner-approved API access, but it is not live in BookedOnCall today.
Gate 1
Assisted review: gather plan eligibility, admin owner, desired handoff behavior, and API/webhook access path before any credential collection.
Gate 2
Required before support: provider-backed sandbox or tenant validation, provider-backed testing, and customer workflow review.
Gate 3
Current status: not available in BookedOnCall today.
How to move it forward
Bring Housecall Pro into a guided review.
This is the assisted-review path for shops that need Housecall Pro. It gathers the right owner and workflow context before any API key, webhook secret, or provider write path is discussed.
Confirm eligibility
Housecall Pro API and webhook access are plan-gated. Start by confirming the shop has the right plan and an owner/admin who can approve provider access.
Choose the first workflow
The safest first workflow is callback handoff or owner-reviewed job creation. Confirmed booking stays off until the provider workflow is proven.
Prove before enabling
No credentials are collected through the public form. Provider-backed testing and customer workflow review are required before any customer is enabled.
